Peel ply is an extra layer of fabric which is laid upon the outer surface of the laminate during fabrication.

It ensures a non-contaminated surface for secondary bonding or painting as well as aiding in the release from the laminate.

Our strict sourcing procedures ensure that only the highest quality fibres are obtained,  whether it is Nylon 6, Nylon 66 or Polyester.

The produced materials are fully washed and heat set to ensure a stable and contaminant free product.

Each product type is easily identified by a unique colour stripe but for certain applications Vision Composites can also offer a full colour peel ply such as pink, green or blue.

Widths and lengths are supplied according to the customers specification.
